Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
Realize Manufacturing Inc ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Blulok mobile application (the "App") and manufactures related custom hardware devices and embedded firmware (collectively, the "Hardware Ecosystem").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information across our software, firmware, and physical hardware products, and outlines your rights regarding that data.
1. Information We Collect
Because our products involve direct integration between mobile software and physical hardware components, we collect information required to establish connectivity, maintain firmware stability, and deliver operating features.
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials created to manage your hardware devices or app access.
- Support Communications: Diagnostic logs, hardware identifiers, or details submitted when contacting customer support.
B. Hardware & Firmware Data
When our App communicates with our physical devices, we may process hardware-level data, including:
- Device Identifiers: Serial numbers, MAC addresses, hardware revision numbers, and assigned IP addresses.
- Firmware Telemetry: Embedded firmware versions, boot status, operational states, error codes, and system health metrics.
- Local Connectivity Logs: Signal strength, connection timestamps, and communication packet statuses between the App, firmware, and local interfaces (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB).
C. Mobile App & Usage Data
- Device Information: Mobile device model, operating system version, and unique mobile device identifiers.
- Permissions & Sensor Data: Where explicitly authorized, the App may request access to mobile hardware capabilities ( Location permission is required by the Android OS to discover nearby Bluetooth/Wi-Fi hardware devices, and location data is not stored or shared ).
- Diagnostic Data: Crash logs, app execution metrics, and performance analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Realize Manufacturing Inc uses the collected data across our app and hardware products to:
- Establish, pair, and maintain secure communication between the App and custom hardware.
- Deliver firmware updates, security patches, and system diagnostics to physical devices.
- Troubleshoot system-level issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers.
- Monitor device performance to improve hardware engineering and software functionality.
- Protect against unauthorized access, hardware tampering, or illegal use of our products.
3. Hardware Data Processing & Security
- Local Processing: Where possible, operational communications between the App and custom hardware take place locally on your network or over direct physical connection protocols without transmitting raw hardware payload data to our cloud servers.
- Firmware Integrity: We employ encrypted protocols for airborne (OTA) or app-driven firmware deployment to ensure the integrity and security of the embedded system.
- Data Transmission: Data transmitted off-device is encrypted in transit using standard security protocols (e.g., TLS/HTTPS).
4. Disclosure and Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or hardware usage metrics to third parties. We may share data only under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Infrastructure and cloud hosting providers that store telemetry or support user authentication on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government regulation to protect safety, investigate fraud, or defend the legal rights of Realize Manufacturing Inc.
5. Data Retention and Account Rights
- Retention: Hardware diagnostic data and account details are retained only as long as necessary to support device functionality, fulfill warranty obligations, or comply with legal requirements.
- Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated telemetry data at any time.
Submit a Deletion Request:
Email helpdesk@realizemfg.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Blulok". Please include your account email and relevant hardware serial numbers.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App, firmware, and hardware products are not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our hardware capabilities, firmware features, or legal obligations. The revised version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
